Alessio Pieri is a Partner who joined d’Angelin & Co. in late 2017. Alessio has more than 15 years of experience in both Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Most recently, he spent more than 7 years at Ondra Partners with Benoit d’Angelin and Laurent Clarenbach, advising clients on a wide range of transactional and non transactional corporate finance assignments. Alessio holds a BSc in Financial Markets from the University of Siena and a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University.

Laurent Clarenbach is a Partner and founding member of d'Angelin & Co.

Laurent previously worked over 10 years at Goldman Sachs. In 2011, he joined Morgan Stanley, covering the European Capital Goods sector. In 2015 he moved to Ondra Partners, working with Benoit d'Angelin before joining him at d'Angelin & Co.

Laurent is a graduate of HEC Lausanne and has a Master of Science in Banking and Finance.

Benoit d'Angelin is the CEO and Founder of d'Angelin & Co., a boutique investment bank he set up with partner Laurent Clarenbach in 2017. Benoit was previously the co-head of European investment banking at Lehman Brothers until 2006, helping establish it as a full service investment bank in Europe. He joined Lehman in Paris in 1993, becoming head of fixed income and expanding the business. In 2006, Benoit become CEO of activist hedge fund Centaurus before co-founding boutique Ondra Partners in 2008. A graduate of Sciences Po, Mr d'Angelin joined Credit Lyonnais in the US in 1984 as an analyst and moved to UBS as an investment banker two years later. He then went to BNP Paribas as co-head of capital markets in London in 1988.
